Help provide another level of service to DART Adapt customers on DART Enterprise and DFP in EMEA with a primary focus on DART Enterprise. The DE OSM will be responsible for overseeing DE DART Adapt implementations, analyzing client performance, providing internal and external training, and maintaining the knowledge base documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Optimization Specialist, DE Consultants and -Support to implement new
DART Adapt clients

• Perform quality assurance checks during the implementation process
• Project manage custom model creation process

• Coordinate on the implementations and triage customer issues from various countries in EMEA
